Base Pay $250.00/week (+Bonus) 1) Good mechanical ability. 2) Be able to listen, process, and implement instructions concerning ride assembly, operation, and maintenance. 3) Bring to the attention of ride Foreman safety and mechanical concerns. 4) Be able to interact with others in a socially appropriate fashion, have good listening skills, and be able to follow orders. 5) Be able to learn all that is necessary to assume responsibility for ride assembly, operation, and maintenance. 6) Follow show policy and be positive in its implementation.

| Ride Forman
Base Pay $350.00/week (+Bonus) 1) To provide a safe and congenial work environment. 2) To be knowledgeable of basic ride assembly, operation, and maintenance. 3) Supervise and motivate crews and recognize strength and weakness of crew members and match abilities with job expectation. 4) Be able to listen and communicate effectively. 5) Responsibilities for ride presentation: A) Clean (i.e. grease, mud, litter) B) Polished/waxed C) All lights in working order 6) High mechanical aptitude applied with a general understanding of basic electricity, hydraulics, diesel/gas engines, and understand ride operating manuals. 7) Responsible for time deadlines and that the ride is on proper location. 8) Bring to the attention of Ride Supervisor mechanical and safety concerns which need to be addressed from a mechanical standpoint in a timely fashion. 9) Organize time schedule and lunch breaks. 10) Has input into promotions. 11) Is knowledgeable of show policy and a good example and implements show policy when applicable. 12) CDL highly desirable.

Ride Supervisor of Majors and
Kiddie Rides
Base Pay $350.00/week (+Bonus) 1) At all times a major ride supervisor will help create and reinforce a congenial and safe working environment to maximize productivity. 2) Have appropriate supervisory skills to enhance the motivation of others, organize work and work crews, and recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each individual under their supervision to insure they are capable of accomplishing the assigned tasks. 3) Be able to problem solve with others which includes good listening skills and be able to communicate effectively. 4) Be able to teach and provide guidance when necessary for proper assembly, operation, and maintenance to insure ride safety. 5) Is directly responsible in insuring that each major ride Foreman is capable in carrying out job description duties in a safe and congenial work environment and to bring any concerns to management as well as violations surrounding show policy. 6) Very good to excellent mechanical problem solving abilities which should include basic electricity, welding, gas and diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and understand and explain each rides operating manual. 7) Carry out basic ride inspections and develop appropriate inspection charts when necessary. 8) Will be responsible in determining and procuring appropriate replacement parts for the safety and basic operation of each ride. Will be given access to parts and shop truck which will be necessary in carrying out these duties and be responsible for inventory and equipment in the shop/parts truck. 9) Be thoroughly knowledgeable of show policy, support show policy, and implement show policy when applicable. Also since a ride supervisor is an authority figure they should be a model for others to emulate. Significant issues of concern regarding show policy should be brought to the attention of management. 10) Will be responsible for setting up weekly 1 hour business/management meeting to discuss all pertinent information. CDL requirement.
