NOTE:  All of the above games are family owned and therefore we have more input and control how they are operated.  Before an amusement game becomes part of our midway it must give away a random prize percentage of approximately 25%.  Furthermore, none of the games are controlled by the operator.  Such games that are controlled in the amusement industry are known as "flat stores".  We feel this is unfortunate that they still exist and are part of many carnival midways.  We believe in honesty and fair play.

FOOD OPERATION

Our food operation consists of 4 eateries.  Each eatery is a self contained trailer which have their own unique menus.  For example, the "Midway Diner" has a menu which include foot long hot dogs, buffalo burgers, steak sandwiches, fresh curly fries, nacho cheese, and our famous $2.00 double burger.

The "Sugar Shack" is for the person with the sweet tooth.  it sells cotton candy in a rainbow of colors, caramel apples, caramel corn (made fresh), pop corn, and other candies.

The "Cappuccino" specializes in coffee drinks all made with spring water to insure a superb taste.  If you haven't tried a cafe' latte or cafe' latte mocha made with fresh ground coffee beans and spring water you are missing out on one of life's little treasures.  Additional menu items include; giant cookies made fresh as well as home made funnel cake and pizza.  Needless to say, all of the eateries serve ice cold drinks.

The "Ice Cream Parlor" sells real fruit malts, double decker ice cream cones, milk shakes, sundaes, and banana splits.

Lastly, we also have two large colorful tents which are erected by the eateries along with tables and benches for our patrons.

We also welcome other nonprofit food vendors which are part of the fair such as church organizations and community clubs which creates a sense of togetherness and community vitality.  However, we do request that independent vendors are limited and certainly not in direct competition
